Why was Tatra Center Created
Tatra Center was founded on the belief that movement and recovery should be intentional, proactive, and rooted in science. With seven years of personal training experience, a doctorate in physical therapy, and four years of hands-on work in Division I sports medicine, our founder recognized the importance of integrating expert knowledge with real-world application. The vision was clear: create a space where movement, recovery, and wellness are thoughtfully guided by evidence and expertise.
Gap that Tatra Center fills
High-level movement coaching, true preventative care, and evidence-based recovery rarely intersect — leaving a gap in the wellness landscape. Tatra Movement & Wellness Center was created to bridge that gap by offering 1-on-1 training led by doctoral-level movement experts, seamlessly paired with restorative sauna therapy and cutting-edge recovery tools for complete body and mind wellness. Each session blends athletic performance, rehabilitation principles, and proactive wellness to deliver truly comprehensive care.
